REITs and Romance
There are three types of Real Estate Investment Trusts: mortgage, hybrid, and equity. Equity REITs are publicly traded companies that purchase and operate real estate. One of my favorite players in this category is the Taubman Company (symbol:TCO). My last analysis concluded that it was too expensive to purchase, but I cannot help being fascinated
